Our e-store went live at the beginning of July and we are working on it daily to improve your experience.
Why login for prices? Here at Acopia Group we are extremely lucky – all of our customers are real people, each one a unique individual with their own personality, opinions, emotions, wants, needs, quirks etc. We certainly don’t have ‘numbers’ or ‘just another customer!’ Hence everyone has different preferences of what they want out of their online experience when they login to our site.
Once you login you are able to access your bespoke products and any special prices you have in place for your bulk purchases. This view is unique to you - just like having your own private store. We are still developing the site to give you more choices in your online experience and we want to hear from you with your wishes – What do you want when you login to your private store?
We can only go as far as technology will allow – If we could change your physical environment to what you perceive as the most relaxing, stress free environment every time you login, we would!
Our aim is to ensure that your relationship with Acopia Group is one of complete satisfaction every time you require products or services. To achieve this goal we need your input, please use the contact us form to let us know your wishes or alternatively talk to your account manager. Small changes can be implemented relatively quickly anything on a larger scale may take longer but we can assure you that all your requests will be reviewed and those approved will be added to the ‘e-commerce improvement wish list’.
