The Papertech 750 Machine is easy to load and use and produces pleated padding in the form of a 10cm paper tube using 90gsm or 100gsm kraft. The machine has three programmable modes - cushioning, void fill or block and brace. The crimp function can also be adjusted to reduce your paper usage according to each carton's requirement. Available as floor standing on castors or tabletop models, this machine is suited to either high speed packing lines or single packing stations, producing up to 30+ metres per minute. The machine can be programmed to produce a specific length of voidfill and stop after making a certain amount. It can then be conveyed along plastic pipes to one or more packers as desired, speeding up your packing line.
