Used for high volume impulse heatsealing, the heavy duty heatsealers are designed and built for heavy use. Activated manually or with a foot pedal for hands-free use, the parallel action press bar closes automatically and locks in place with an electromagnet, ensuring consistent results every time. The excess plastic can then be cut off using the integral film cutter, creating a uniform flange along the sealed edge for a faster, more professional finish. Also can be used to make custom sizes bags from layflat tubing. All temperature and timer controls are electronic for maximum reliability.
Available in 400mm to 1000mm widths and with an adjustable work stand with a film roll holder for layflat tubing and a foot pedal, and an adjustable bag support to assist with larger or uniform bags for a consistent result.
