Accident book

To comply with the data protection act 1998 (DPA) all personal details entered in accident report books must be kept confidential. This accident report book has been designed to meet the regulations with individual accident report forms which can be removed and stored securely. If a worker sustains an occupational injury resulting from an accident, their injury should be reported if they are incapacitated for more than seven days.
