We despatch your goods with a variety of UK couriers.
All UK mainland deliveries for orders over £125 (Exclusive of VAT) are FREE.
All orders that can be sent with one of our carriers other than Royal Mail and are received before 14.00 will be despatched on the same day (subject to stock levels) with our courier on a next working day delivery service. If items are not in stock we will contact you to confirm.
For all orders below £125 (exc VAT) there is a fixed charge of £11.75 + VAT
For the purposes of this section "a Working Day" is defined as Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday excluding public holidays in the UK.
All delivery dates are estimates only and the Company will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
If the Customer fails to receive the goods on the quoted delivery date the Company reserves the right to store the goods until the Customer can receive or collect the goods and charge all reasonable expenses relating to storage and additional costs of delivery to the Customer.
We cannot guarantee to action special instructions (eg if we are out leave in porch) after the goods have been despatched. Any such special instructions need to be included at the time of placing the order.
